We treat a repair as an emergency if there is an immediate risk to safety, security or health. We will repair, or make safe an emergency repair as soon as possible and always within 24 hours. 

An emergency repair may be:

  • No heating or hot water

  • Burst pipes or major plumbing repairs

  • Exposed electrical wires 

  • No lighting
